There is a house on the property & pool. A discussion has been had with the Building Inspector at Lattingtown Village, regarding a subdivision of the 8.5 acres. Access presently is from 253 Lattingtown Road. There is also a 50ft strip of land coming from the other side of the property not currently in use. A variance will need to be obtained from the Village of Lattingtown’s Zoning and Planning Boards to sub divide the property.
